We offer programs for all ages and skill levels—from beginners to Provincial and National competitors.

Our experienced coaches provide a supportive, nurturing environment where children build confidence, develop skills, and grow through movement, creativity, and sport.

Discover your child’s potential through the art of rhythmic gymnastics.

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a graceful Olympic sport that blends ballet, dance, and creative movement with apparatus such as ribbons, hoops, balls, ropes, and clubs.

Combining sport, art, and performance, our programs are designed to help each child develop skills at their own pace based on age and ability.

Gymnastics Events

Each year, our gymnasts proudly showcase their progress at local, provincial, national, and international competitions.

For Beginner athletes, we host fun, family-friendly events like the Cherry Bear Cup, All Stars Invitational, Christmas & Summer Shows.

Outside the gym, we also love performing at dance shows, festivals, and community events.

In the summer, our Summer Day Camp Program offers a playful, engaging way for gymnasts to grow their skills while having fun in the sun!

Word from founder

Being the founder of Origami Rhythmics, and having over 30 years of experience of working with children and young adults, I have learned that no two kids are the same. Every child is like a unique beam of sunlight that is ready to emit into the world. My job as an instructor is to help the kids succeed not only inside of the gym but help them discover their full potential in the real world as well. The reason we have founded Origami Rhythmics Gymnastics Club is for kids to have an equal opportunity to test their abilities and discover their talents while helping them emphasize on their strength. We provide an opportunity for the kids to learn new skills in a fun and engaging way. Music is a big part of our curriculum as it helps to set a very unique environment for every class and allows a child to better develop cognitive and motor skills. We also find that kids become excited whenever hearing music, as they get into the rhythm of every exercise. Step by step kids learn to take calculated risks, which allows them to adapt to more complicated movements. Rhythmic gymnastics is a unique sport as it combines elements of dance, theatre, circus and gymnastics. Once kids become more confident they start to transition into more advanced levels such us Performance and Competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics. The goal is to help every child reach their comfort level, and allow them to feel confident with their own body. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing kids laugh while they are having fun and enjoying every moment spent at the Origami gym. Kids really learn best whenever they’re happy!
