Origami Rhythmics

Origami Rhythmic is a Rhythmic Gymnastics Club that serves the Tri-Cities(Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam & Port Moody), Burnaby, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge & Langley. Origami Rhythmics provides an equal opportunity to gymnasts of all levels. Origami offers programs for all levels of gymnasts, starting from Pre-K groups, and all the way up to Provincial & National levels. Our goal is to provide an opportunity to all children who have an interest in Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance. We help kids discover their talents and learn the skills & elements of Rhythmic Gymnastics & Dance in a positive, safe and nurturing environment. Origami encourages the enjoyment of physical activity, the building of self-confidence, improvement of performance and excellence in sport.

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful Olympic sport that combines ballet and creative movements to music while performing with ribbons, balls, hoops, ropes and clubs in a choreographed dance-and-tumble routine. Rhythmic Gymnastics is a unique combination of Sport, Dance, Theatre and Art. Our programs are specially designed to allow each child to develop rhythmic gymnastics skills at their own pace according to their age and abilities.

Gymnast Opportunities

Each year all our gymnasts look forward to demonstrating their accomplishments by performing at Local, Provincial, National & International competitions. For recreational level gymnasts we host multiple family-friendly events, such as our annual All Stars Invitational event, Christmas & Summer Shows. Outside of the gym, we are also proud to participate not only in Rhythmic Gymnastics events but also perform in various dance shows, festivals and other community events. For those hot and sunny summer months, we offer a Summer Day Camp Program where gymnasts can improve their abilities in a playful, fun & engaging environment.
